Baconao Aquarium Recovering

Havana, - The facilities of the Aquarium of Baconao Park, in the Eastern province of Santiago of Cuba, recovered after being put under repairs to eliminate affectations caused by meteorological phenomena. The organization offers spectacles with marine dolphins and wolves, as well as the exhibition of more than 30 species, many of them captured in its Caribbean surroundings. A submarine tunnel of 30 meters of depth, areas for dolphins and sharks and numerous samples of species of the sea are attractive of the center, where they have had to recover in several occasions the units in exhibition. The installation is located in the park of equal name, which is also denominated the Valley of Prehistory, where are numerous animals carved in stone. Hotels, restaurants, cafeterias and areas of infantile games are added to the recreational options in a natural environment where elements like the sea and mountains predominate.
